Anyone who drives for rideshare platforms (Uber, DiDi, Taxi), works as a taxi driver, delivers for Uber Eats or similar services, operates as a courier, or is a young driver over 21 can join our membership.
Simply lodge your claim online through our portal or app. Our claims team will assess your submission and process your claim.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual memberships have a pro-rata refund policy.
Yes, our Professional and Premium plans cover you specifically while operating as a rideshare driver — including time logged into the platform, during trips, and in between trips.
